Access to credit and financial tools for cultural and creative enterprises
A relevant issue for the development of cultural and creative MSMEs is the difficulty of access to finance, especially in terms of credit and capital. A peculiarity of cultural and creative industries is the "distance" from the old banking system, often inable to attribute the right economic value to the intangible assets that are typical of this sector. Can this distance be filled by ad hoc financial instruments and by strengthening the system of public guarantees to cover the risk of loan?
